Executive Job Description	Job Code CDG Reporting to the Sr. Director, Compensation & Benefits, the Compensation Director will manage, plan, develop and implement a sales compensation strategy while ensuring market and internal competitiveness. The successful candidate will work closely with HR Leadership and Sales Management and act as the expert consultant in support of the sales compensation initiatives. In addition, the Compensation Director will be responsible for compensation project management to include but not limited to special field compensation assignments, compensation strategic planning, and policies/procedures management and interpretation. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management or a related field and 10+ years of progressively responsible diverse HR, Compensation and Project Management experience combined with demonstrated professional growth and achievement. CCP designation is a plus. Experience must include 5+ years in a managerial capacity leading diverse work groups and 5+ years of strategic consulting and project management experience in a complex business environment involving multiple business units.
