Executive Job Description | Casualty Underwriting Vice President / Referral Officer. Any major city in Texas. “A” rated carrier client home office position. It’s a hands-on position where you will need strength in workers’ compensation and general liability for small and medium sized accounts, and good knowledge of Texas (other states a plus). • You will be the referral source for accounts that are outside of the standard guidelines. • You will be involved in quarterly book audits. • You will be the driving force in introducing new products. • Underwriting integrity and profitability will fall under your domain. Yes... a paradox of sorts exists here. You will receive executive-level compensation and have similar responsibilities, but you will also have to demonstrate having a hands-on ability to be involved in the referral and audit portions. Relocation available if needed, but will not include the purchase of a house. Salary $120-$150k. Please contact Harvey Dorland at 936-597-6500 or email: hdorland@ez2.net
