This role is restricted to candidates who have CFO experience and have run a company through the IPO exit to include all strategies and process in areas which are related to a successful and completed IPO.
Must have a proven track record in financial and administrative management of growth-stage technology companies.
Must have a high degree of experience working with a motivated senior management team.
Must possess the ability to balance attention to detail with strategic thinking across the company’s business opportunities.
Responsibilities will range from working with the CEO to shape later stage financing and exit opportunities, to managing all financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, and tax-related requirements.
