Executive Job Description	Business Unit Director IT, Network communications, VA Business Management Consultant Company has an opening for Business Unit Director with a very strong CISCO/CISCO Intrgration background. KEYS: Cisco or Cisco Systems integrator Eight plus years as a lead technical consultant supporting technology company sales organization (Cisco or Cisco Systems integrator preferred). A minimum of 5 years experience building and managing technology professional services organizations Design and architecture knowledge and experience in Cisco Architecture Experience in Unified Communications, Cisco routing and switching. Security and IP Video P&L responsibility experience CCNA/CCDA Certifications Responsibilities: Motivate a team of engineers and architects and lead by example. Must be a positive influence on the team whil directing the P&L and streamlining processes for efficiency. Will work closely with the COO and CTo to achieve these goals.
