Executive Job Description
DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) Performing as a senior business development executive focused on developing support of vendors and business partners in the global OTC trading industry; Developing, building, and maintaining critical strategic relationships with business partners and vendors focused on global trading; (2) Articulating strategy and vision to business partners and vendors and orchestrating their support and participation with organizational initiatives; (3) Oversight of initiatives and relationships and acting as conduit to the various components involved in delivery of solutions and services; (4) Developing and negotiating business agreements with vendors and partners; (5) Integrating external parties and technology into the organizational model; (6) Growing and strengthening strategy, relationships, and impact on the overall organization.

REQUIRED:

Must have BA or BA with concentration in IT, Economics, Analytical Finance, or similar.

10 years in the investment industry with a continued record of accomplishment, and a strong background in OTC.

Must have dynamic interpersonal and communication skills with proven track record in developing strong, meaningful relationships with vendors and business partners.

Must have strong knowledge of OTC rates, credit, interest, equity, energy, commodity based products.

Must have strong knowledge of vendor products and services for the OTC marketplace.

Must have strong/current ability to lead a team.

Must have strong background doing business development focused on trading solutions with trading platform technology product and service providers.
