Executive Job Description	Business Development Manager (cpa firm) Location: Nassau County, Long Island Job ID: (1323-002) Expected Comp: 100-125k base with pkg of 250-300k . CPA firm seeking Business Development Manager to help us expand our presence in the New York tri-state marketplace. Firm is a major regional firm with 250 employees and (2) offices. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years experience selling audit and tax services and have a current rolodex of buyers and decision makers at these firms. We are looking specifically for a person with active relationships and a history of sales success. Requirements: • Minimum of four years of experience selling tax and audit services. • At least two years, currently working for a CPA firm with a proven track record of exceeding quota. • Demonstrated track record of $750m per year. • Success in developing C-level client relationships as well as selling across multiple groups within the organization. • Solid technical understanding of all aspects tax and audit including following industry trends and technological advancements.
