Executive Job Description	Business Development Professional for Manufacturing Our client is seeking a senior sales individual with a background in selling BPO (business process outsourcing) large dollar consulting services and experience to manufacturing firms (not High Tech mfg. firms). Experience should include: • Proven executive-level Business Development experience (5+ years) specific to the consulting/outsourcing with manufacturing. • Contacts with C-Level executives in those firms. • Positive attitude, desire to succeed, and self-motivation • Deep understanding of trends, challenges and solutions for the industry. • Skills in Strategic Analysis, Business Requirements Definition, and ROI Justification experience • Experience in selling large multi-tower long-term solution deals • Experience with Offshore, multi-site projects, turn-key assignments preferred • Exceptional presentation skills and experience with public speaking engagements • Excellent writing skills and extensive proposal development experience • Excellent relationship building skills and extensive client interaction experience • Ability to direct business development initiatives • Proven record of accomplishments • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering • MBA highly desirable Locations: West Coast
