Executive Job Description	Business Development Professional for High Tech Industries Our client is seeking a senior sales individual with a background in selling BPO (business process outsourcing) large dollar software systems support consulting services and experience to 'High Tech' firms. this includes semiconductor, robotics, light manufacturing, electronics, etc. Experience should include: • Proven executive-level Business Development experience (5+ years) specific to the consulting/outsourcing with high tech organizations. • Contacts with C-Level executives in those firms. • Positive attitude, desire to succeed, and self-motivation • Deep understanding of trends, challenges and solutions for the industry. • Skills in Strategic Analysis, Business Requirements Definition, and ROI Justification experience • Experience in selling large multi-tower long-term solution deals • Experience with Offshore, multi-site projects, turn-key assignments preferred • Exceptional presentation skills and experience with public speaking engagements • Excellent writing skills and extensive proposal development experience • Excellent relationship building skills and extensive client interaction experience • Ability to direct business development initiatives • Proven record of accomplishments • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering • MBA highly desirable Locations: East Coast
