Executive Job Description	Local area prospects only please. Premier regional bank is seeking a talent to assume the responsibility of overseeing the accounting and financial reporting function. You will be reporting to Corporate Finance, regulatory agencies, board of directors and bank operations management. Responsibilities include: •Day-to-day management of all accounting functions; •Manage the investment securities system; •Direct all reporting of activity to the holding company, including intercompany transactions; •Support the Controller with research and analyses as called upon. Required Experience and credentials: •Bachelors degree in accounting preferred; MBA or MS desirable •5 to 8 years experience in a senior level accounting position in a banking environment. •4 to 5 years of management / supervisory experience is required •Financial reporting and investment accounting experience are strongly preferred •Knowledge of GAAP accounting, demonstrated analytic skills and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
