Executive Job Description | SRA is seeking an Account Manager to support and grow one of our large accounts within SRAs Health & Civil Services Sector.
The primary focus of this role will be to cultivate and grow business with the Department of Justice.
The DOJ Account Manager will be responsible for: Leveraging past & present contacts within the DOJ to identify, qualify & capture new business Working closely with the Business Program Manager, Business Development staff and current project teams to identify leads and to assist in expanding and building our current work Meeting with current and prospective customers to secure new business by collaborating on business development with key stakeholders Identifying consulting and teaming opportunities Using cold & warm calls to expand contacts and identify leads within the DOJ The SRA Account Manager for the Department of Justice will work to build relationships across all the various components within the Department of Justice to develop new business and avenues of support for the Department to include identification of new opportunities, task orders and SRA recompetes.
Required Years of experience: (min) 6-9 Required Degree: Bachelors Required Skills:
-Prior experience working with the DOJ in a business development or account management role -Experience in business development and sales to Federal government agencies -Knowledge of Federal contract vehicles -An understanding of the business capture process -Experience in forming teams and developing win strategies -Experience managing and supporting proposal responses -Strong interpersonal skills -Clear understanding of all components of capture and proposal management -Experience writing proposals -Ability to multi-task -Clear communication skills -Excellent writing skills
