Executive Job Description | Baed in Las Vegas or Reno
Will be responsible for directing and leading the activities of company global brand marketing, creative services development and market research functions. Duties will include creating and deploying and monitoring an overall brand marketing campaign that links and leverages our brand portfolio with overall corporate strategy.
The Director of Corporate Marketing will be expected to influence and develop strategies and operating plans to improve the perception of the company, its products and people. To this end, he or she will interact with senior strategy management to keep abreast of business objectives. Critical to success is the ability to positively interact with direct reports and peers in management / customers / vendors to interpret information and improve cross-functional processes and programs.
The successful candidate will be recognized as a strategic and operating leader. He or she will be responsible for increasing brand recognition and market share of assigned channels, products and/or services.
The Director of Corporate Marketing will lead Market Research and define operator and player segmentation for all current and potential regions. He/she will work across the company to prioritize the right research and analyze the results for product planning.
Other responsibilities include: • Set, monitor and manage brand guidelines across the company • Build rapport and healthy working relationships with internal and external partners including sales, product management, sales, legal, licensing, creative and design services, advertising, etc. • Lead the creative process, managing communication between SVP of Marketing, brand leaders and project managers to ensure direction is clear • Evaluate branding effectiveness and adjust messaging, content and delivery as needed • Interact with senior executives of the company to participate in and influence relevant business decisions • Work with corporate strategy as needed • Lead Market Research and Customer Segmentation, utilizing results to improve our product plans and brand
Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience in marketing in technology • 5 to 7 years management experience • Global experience • Master’s / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Research management experience
