- Led the solution delivery of Integrated Service Management (ISM) capabilities (ServiceNow) for IT Services
- As the IT leader led the solution implementation of this major global initiative. This included aligning with business teams to develop the overall solution architecture and delivery plan, ROI, contract negotiations, Project and resource management for on time delivery.
