ChaseMellon –mid-size company - Led an assessment to increase user productivity and enhance controls for this financial organization’s dividend disbursement operations. The study covered eight key business areas of the organization. Uncovered multiple process irregularities ultimately requiring a forensic investigation.

Kaneka – small/mid-size company - Initiated and drove an SAP R/3 requirements study and implementation study for a Japanese process manufacturer. The engagement required an in-depth process flow analysis for all areas of the company’s business, presenting re-engineering recommendations leading up to a U.S. wide implementation.

Daewoo – Implemented network remote communications capabilities. At the time Citrix was a leading edge solution. Led their MAS90 deployment for their Atlanta, GA heavy equipment startup division.
