Orchestrate all aspects of operational functions for the processing systems in centers located around the world. In charge of a multiple product suite, which includes: loan processing systems, bankcard processing systems, and transaction interface systems. Oversee installation and implementation of services and systems at client sites and processing centers.
Direct a staff of 6 direct reports and 45+ associates charged with application development and product production support, as well as program management office (project portfolio).
