ING CAPITAL LLC 1993 - 2005

Director - Food, Beverage and Branded Products (2005)
Responsibilities included originating, underwriting, and portfolio monitoring of credit facilities and equity investments. Transactions ranged from $15 to $150 million in the form of senior and subordinated debt with warrants and equity co-investments. Marketing efforts were targeted towards direct companies and equity sponsor groups to sell loan products, investment banking services, and capital market products (i.e. high yield debt and equity offerings). Responsible for all stages of the loan process: source transaction, structure loan, issue proposal letter, due diligence and underwriting, credit presentations, commitment letter, loan documentation, and fund transaction.

* Underwrote $320 million in credit facilities from November 2004 to June 2005, expanding ING's portfolio of branded products loans.

* Directly sourced five new transactions with strategic equity sponsors which further expanded presence of branded products in the portfolio with manager title positions.

* Managed portfolio contribution represented over 21% of total group portfolio in 2003 and earnings increased by 64% as a result of directly sourcing new accounts.

* Improved the earnings of an account by over $400,000 by negotiation of new pricing.

Vice President - Consumer Products Group (2002)
Vice President - Merchant Banking Group (1998 - 2001)
Responsible for marketing, underwriting, syndication, loan documentation and portfolio management. Solely responsible for West Coast operations of Consumer Products Group.
