- Turned around a poorly functioning program by building a responsive and productive team, and gaining customer’s confidence that is resulting in long term growth opportunities.
- Perform Lifecycle Management to over 1700 vehicles, worldwide. This includes engineering, technology insertion, Integrated Logistics, and Field Service Support.
- Major projects include Paladin Reset, Dynamic Reference Unit development, Hydraulics improvement, and Field Service Support to home station and deployed units.
- Grew the M109 FoV RESET support business from $1.24M in 2007 to $15.3M in 2009.
- Won a $6.7M R&D award for the Paladin Digital Fire Control System – Replacement that will lead to a follow-on production contract in 2012 expected to exceed $120M.
- Increased 2008 STS sales by 90% ($10.5M increased to $20.0M).

Serve as the Deputy Chief, Security Assistance Office for all US military programs, exercises and engagements to the Pakistan military. As the Chief, Army Programs, responsible for managing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Security Assistance programs to the Pakistan Army valued at $1.2B over five years.
- US Army lead to the Pakistan Army in developing strategic plans for purchasing US weapons, materiel, and services. This saved the Pakistan Army over $50M (4% of FMS budget) while increasing operational capabilities.
- Planned and managed US-Pakistan training exercises. This critical function required coordination between US Department of Defense and Department of State as well as Pakistani Joint Staff, Army, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. During Air Assault training, intense coordination to deconflict airspace between the Pakistan Army and Air Force saved 9 training days (11%).
- Member of a 5-man, joint service, team that improved military-to-military relations. My participation resulted in an unprecedented invitation by the Pakistan Army for the US Army to conduct an assessment of the Pakistan Army Aviation Command capabilities.

- Responsible for conducting production analysis to identify key indicators and emerging trends, assess their impact on the recruiting mission and provide recommendations.
- Provided Business Processes to gain efficiencies between the U.S. Army Cadet Command and Recruiting Command (USAREC). Implementation of these business processes reduced manning by 4%, while improving Cadet Command's performance by targeting recruitment and improving USAREC's access to college stop-outs.
- Developed a Test and Analysis Plan to assess the effectiveness of a five-year, $300M, experiment to hire contract recruiters. Provided support for improvements prior to full implementation of this $1B annual program.

- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting all data collection efforts for the Joint Contingency Force - Advanced Warfighter Experiment, and the 4th Infantry Division's Capstone Exercise Phase II.
- Led more than 250 soldiers, government civilians and contractors. This included seven direct reports.
- Executed an operating budget exceeding $7M. Identified and leveraged the data collection effort of other organizations into our program, saving $500K (7% of budget).
