* Initiated pricing changes through targeted customer segmentation that drove 9% increase in margins and $22M incremental operating profit.

* Developed enhanced metrics and dashboards enabling a more rigorous review around the end-of-term performance in the portfolio. Results included $3.5M in incremental fee income.

Manager, Financial Structuring (M&A) ? Vendor Financial Services Division (2000 to 2002)

Reporting to CFO (M&A), worked cross-functionally within $15B division of GE Capital to structure and negotiate the purchase of companies, business platforms and lease/loan portfolios, as well as provide financial consultation on divestitures, captive outsourcing programs and other growth initiatives.
