Managed internal operations and regional offices, created teams to improve services, product review and regional analysis, negotiated with local government authorities securing approvals for new products and licenses. • Conducted market analysis seeking optimal environment for expansion; identified various prospects for acquisition in different countries. Managed all operations and strategy for a volume of over $300 mill.

Managing Director 1999-2005 Responsible for starting and growing this company budgeting, marketing, analysis, operations, production, accounting, periodic reporting, and P&L. Developed and tailored company vision, strategy and execution while having a contributing role with multiple teams in the research and buildup of analysis tools and buildup of financial analysis tools for long term protection and customer penetration. • Grew revenues to nearly 25% of overall company’s worldwide income. • Contributed profits of 18-25% annually. • Teamed up with various departments, to assist in distribution of their product, largely contributing in their revenue in the area.
