Directed root cause failure analysis to correct repetitive equipment failures at a phosphate mine, mill, and two chemical plants. Installed new style bearings on a mill conveyor which reduced failures by over 85% and produced a return on investment of over fifty 50 times the initial installation cost in nine months, resulting in over $300,000 in total return.

Designed and installed filters and screen control systems on hydraulic and seal water systems supplying the a mill. Significantly improved the reliability of 70 pumps, reduced downtime, and improved mill production capability.
