Recruited to special assignment to provide primary oversight of “Crawford Works,” a Return-to-Work program and serve as Corporate Representative to outside consultants, customers, internal sales, and professional staff in development and implementation of new programs or modification of existing programs.
Serve as a corporate Subject Matter Expert in rehabilitation and employment for Workers’ Compensation, Liability, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Family Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Veterans Reintegration, as well as transition planning for individuals with special needs. Research and report emerging trends and service needs; investigate resources available to provide services to customers.
 Co-authored several learning tools, including Crawford Works Assessment Tool Kit, Crawford Works Sales Manual, and Crawford Works Program Manual. Collaborated on evaluation reports, program models, and implementation for client organizations.

Established the first branch office for Health Care Management and Rehabilitation services in North Carolina and grew revenue to $1.5M annually.

Provided Vocational Rehabilitation Services to injured workers receiving benefits under state and federal Workers’ Compensation programs as well as the Longshore and Harbor Worker's Act.

Managed a caseload of 35 clients and a caseload funding budget of $250K. Conducted interviews and arranged evaluations; designed and implemented rehabilitation plans; developed expertise to serve assigned populations.
 Achieved the highest placement rate ever recorded in this position and was asked to develop a Job Bank to aid other counselors with job placements.
