Documented processes and reviewed 6 vendors RFPs, before managing enterprise-wide direct access systems implementation on time and under budget and embraced by managers and employees alike.
Successfully lobbied ISS to reverse recommendation of no vote on new executive compensation program by proving formulae produced inconsistent recommendations for hyper-growth companies.

Aetna Life and Casualty Company, Hartford, CT
Directed worldwide base pay and incentive compensation programs around the world. Created the compensation, benefits and payroll function for a startup subsidiary growing to 1,100 employees before being sold for a sizable profit.
