Embarked on a series of projects with a large financial institution to redesign their end-to-end loan origination and servicing processes. Led the implementation of a new loan origination system while guiding the transition of their loan services systems to a 3rd Party provider. Senior Technical Consultant, Tax Reporting Group: Acted as the liaison between Coopers’s Tax Group and the technical team supporting Cooper’s Master Limited Partnership (MLP) system solution; Practice contributed over $20M+ annually. Project Leader for the data conversion of two Master Limited Partnerships from a 3081 to an AS/400. The conversion allowed the parent oil company to utilize their current accounting system and Partner Unit Accounting system on the AS/400 for all of their newly acquired subsidiaries. Project Leader for the design, development, and implementation of Cooper’s MLP PC Recalc System written in COBOL, Assembler and Basic. The system was designed to use the client's general ledger accounts allocating financial information to transactions that occurred on Wall Street (the buying and selling of MLP units), recalculate the taxes owed for a given partner and produce "K 1 packages", on a Hewlett Packard Laser printer. The system generated over $2M of incremental revenue and increased customer response time to shareholder requests by over 500%.
