Wing Inspector (Vice President of Quality Assurance) (2000-2001) Hand-selected to be the principal advisor and confidential counselor to the Commanding General. As Lieutenant Colonel, led a 40-person cross-functional team in managing a Quality Assurance program for all operational areas. Resolved over 150 congressional inquiries in response to grievances and in compliance with statutory requirements. Principle advisor on all aviation supply matters. Identified and negotiated for the resale of excess F/A-18 fighter aircraft components within the Pacific region.
