• As CEO, successfully directed the turnaround of a $400 million, nationwide consumer finance company with wholesale, retail and direct to consumer call center distribution channels. Increased loan production by over 50% while reducing operating expenses by 25%. • Directed the startup of a national mortgage banking subsidiary of a Fortune 100 company, achieving a 40% return on equity in the first year. • Managing the, production, pricing, hedging, sale or securitization of over $20 billion of residential mortgages.
