Experienced focused has been on shareholder appreciation, revenue growth, P&L, operations management, business development, staff and middle management development, merger/acquisitions, equity placement, turnaround companies and execution of business plans.

Experience Detail and Accomplishments: 1995 to present: As a partner in several regional investment banking and management consulting firms; focused on marketing and developing business accounts statewide and nationally, managing client relationships, raising institutional equity, sale side and business acquisitions, business turnaround consulting, working at the C-level relationship management. Held the position of interim president at a software company, making significant correctional changes in preparation to taking the company to market and its subsequent sale.
1982 to 1994: Held positions as president/chief executive officer of regional commercial business banks with overall responsibility for enhancing shareholder value, corporate strategy, profitability, establishing and monitoring corporate policy, marketing and internal operations; successfully and significantly expanding the asset base. Created and instrumental in the start-up and of the bank’s separate wholly owned real estate mortgage subsidiary, with monthly findings reaching $185 million and an annualized gross revenue of $1.5 billion.
Prior to 1982: Held positions in management training, mid-level management, financial analysis and business development.
