During the past 30+ years I've been CEO of a worldwide non-profit organization, developed productive working relationships with risk management professionals, business leaders, government officials and academic experts around the world, as well as designed, developed and implemented risk management systems, models and governance across multiple industry sectors. My experience includes approval authority for large and complex risk exposures and responsibility for design, approval and documentation of complex financial structures in highly regulated environments.

My compensation in recent years has ranged from $160,000 to $295,000.

- Independent oversight of risk appetite, measurement and monitoring of liquidity and interest rate risk sensitivity of $115 billion Bancorp balance sheet, including derivatives, investment portfolio, mortgage pipeline, mortgage servicing rights and trading counterparty exposure
- Developed economic capital framework, methodology and measurement for $300 billion US and international auto, mortgage and asset-based consumer and commercial loan portfolios, as well as property and casualty insurance lines of business
- Designed US fixed-income, equities and derivatives risk measurement system which withstood extreme market stress of 1998
- Evaluated risks and recommended limits for Latin American money market portfolio and structured notes based on emerging market T-bills which earned $200 million profit
- Evaluated Mexican banking system risk, recommended limits which earned $12 million profit after devaluation
- Evaluated and approved $2 billion international trade finance structures which earned $100 million annual profit, led teams negotiating workouts of $20 million defaulted trade credits in Asia and Eastern Europe
