SUMMARY: Record of improving the financial health of businesses between $1M and $200M. Growth through higher levels of customer service and targeted marketing. EXPERIENCE:

President/CEO $10M Precision machine shop producing made-to-order products for Power Generation, Oil & Gas, and Marine markets.
As part owner/investor in this private-equity held operation, I had full PL and complete business management responsibly. Managed strong EBITDA performance through a period of depressed economic conditions; peak years 30%, others mid-20%. Used plant performance improvements to enhance relationships with key global blue chip customers. Leveraged relationships to open opportunities for growth one of which is a new-market multimillion dollar opportunity. Structured operations to run lean while instituting techniques to improve efficiencies; resultant cost rates are untouchable by our competition. Improved all major performance metrics. Ultimately, positioned the company for break-out growth and eventual sale.
