Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Wireless. Responsibilities included the end-to-end design of the wireless delivery channel, which would make available the financial services institution's products and services to customers. This focus includes the determination, in collaboration with business lines, of products which would yield revenue plays as well as further business line presence within the wireless channel, as well as, the integration of wireless into the fabric of the technology enterprise to drive efficiencies up and operating costs down. The underlying design of the wireless channel supports spinning it off as a separate business, or continuing its incorporation into the fabric of the company's portfolio.

Prior to accepting responsibility for Wireless, Executive managed the n-tiered application development efforts for both the Internet and eCommerce channels. All aimed at furthering business lines presence and revenue enhancement. Executive also managed the Enterprise Architecture and Emerging Technologies groups. Responsibilities included defining the information technology blueprint for the enterprise; defining the information management strategy for managing information as a corporate "asset;" defining the "Any-to-any" Interoperability Strategy which would enable any customer to access any product or service within the enterprise, via any channel or device they choose; and defining the Enterprise-wide Processes to create efficiency and improve effectiveness around the customer experiences. Executive holds an intellectual capital patent for “Anywhere Computing.”

Executive has over 23 years in the Information Technology field. Prior to joining the sixth largest financial services institution, Executive was the Chief Technology Officer for the largest sub-prime lender. Prior to joining the largest sub-prime lender, Executive established and built successful California Aerospace and Information Technology Consulting Practices for two companies. Executive graduated Magna Cum Laude in her undergraduate degree in MIS; and Summa Cum Laude in her Graduate MBA. Executive is currently enrolled in her second Master's in Banking from Pacific Coast Banking School, at University of Washington in Seattle and will achieve this degree in September 2002.
