Managed external audit relationship and served as Secretary to Finance Committee and for two years Secretary to the Audit Committee. • Lead acquisitions of numerous companies including SECAP ($200 million), Bell and Howell International ($40 million) and others.

• Implemented various tax planning strategies improving earnings by over $60 million annually and substantially improving cash flow.
• Established and implemented initial plan for Sarbanes Oxley compliance. .

• Drove restructuring initiatives to improve profits and substantially reduce expenses saving the company over $200 million while establishing funds to help grow the business into new service offerings.
• Lead numerous initiatives to improve internal and external reporting and forecasting implementing Hyperion, SAP and other new technologies.
• Participated in the spin-off of the company’s copier business and successfully represented the company through the SEC approval process.

• Lead role in various acquisitions and divestitures.
• Restructured the legal ownership of various foreign subsidiaries to save over $200 million, while substantially lowering the effective tax rate through foreign and domestic tax planning saving the company over $50 million annually.
