Executive officer responsible for financial planning, capital raising, treasury and controllership functions. Restructured $130 million of debt with a 4-bank consortium. Lead due diligence effort to raise $75 million of venture capital. Established cash management program improving working capital efficiency to free up cash for investment. Renegotiated contracts to reduce $1.5 million of on-going costs and/or improve services (audit, insurance, travel management and 401k management). Lead and develop a 12 person financial team.
