A member of the MANN+HUMMEL GLOBAL GROUP, U.S. based automotive operation designs and manufactures automotive components including air induction systems, intake manifolds, surge tanks and washer reservoirs for all major North American vehicle manufacturers.

Managed current business, business in development, and new business acquisition.
* Primary liaison with Corporate Group Controller in Germany for all Controller activities resulting in improved reporting, communications and relationships.
* Improved new business acquisition process to increase success rate 15% resulting in a job grade increase after 1 year.
