• Relocation of all physical files to Overland Park, KS from acquired company headquarters
• Review of all lease agreements for payment and payment escalation terms and payment history including any disputes
• Notification of all lessees and lessors of acquisition and address changes
• Calculation and entry of all payment information into Sprint systems for the remainder of the initial lease term for calculation of straight-line rent
• Implemented process improvements to reduce time required to calculate and load future payment streams into Sprint systems

• Lead effort on strategic outsourcing of installation and repair service for Sprint Broadband Direct (SBD) which resulted in a reduced cost per install from over $500 to $175 per install and a reduction in time to market launch by four weeks
• Negotiated agreements with five national vendor partners for installation and repair services for SBD product in 18 markets
• Responsible for insuring that all vendor partner customer related trouble issues were satisfactorily resolved
• Matrix managed vendor partners and vendor partner technicians in 14 launched markets and 4 planned markets with 275 installation technician activity averaging $2.2 million per month
• Identified and performed due diligence research on vendor partners for installation and repair of SBD product in all markets
