Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Dual responsibilities as CFO and Line of Business Manager for the Commercial Bank. Responsible for financial management and growth strategy for the Commercial Bank division, representing $7.4 billion in assets, $4 billion in deposits, and $100 million in revenue. Served in a key advisory position to the executive management team as a member of the ALCO committee, and chaired the Deposit Pricing Committee. Directed the identification, research/assessment, and business development of new market segments, deposit and credit products, and treasury management services. Served as Team Lead of Commercial Bank transition team for Bank of America acquisition.

Senior Vice President, CFO – Global Treasury Management Responsible for the strategic financial management of KeyBank’s Global Treasury Management division, representing $15 billion in assets, $25 billion in liabilities, and $600 million in annual revenues. Member of ALCO and key contributor to the bank’s Asset/Liability Management, bank funding and liquidity management, debt issuance, funds transfer pricing, and management of $8 billion fixed income portfolio. Managed an 8-member team of finance managers and analysts, providing senior management with regulatory and financial reporting; guidance and responses for earnings calls; strategic planning; business analysis; transaction due diligence; and risk management decision support. Responsible for pricing, profitability, product development, risk management, and strategic management of $15 billion commercial deposit, $7 billion Eurodollar, and $3 billion repurchase agreements portfolios. Analyzed the viability and financial impact of business plans for new treasury management and commercial deposit/credit products.
