KEY RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
• Instrumental in effectively managing substantial growth through acquisitions (approximately 6 per year), by being involved in the complete acquisition process, including integrating such acquisitions (acquisition size varied with respect to each entities top line, ranging from approximately $5.0M to $20.0M for each entity). Was instrumental in increasing margins in a range of 3% to 5% per acquisition, within 30 to 90 days after the acquisition.
• Effectively restructured the balance sheet and capital structure resulting in enhanced performance indicators, positively impacting company valuations applied by the Street, resulting in over 200% increases in stock price since my hire date at the company.
• Increased both EBT and Net Earnings as a result of properly structuring acquisitions under FAS 141, whereby the outcome increased the timing of being able to recognize revenues and resultant earnings, which helped offset the cost of acquisitions, with an outcome of increased EBT and Net Earnings of 5%; likewise, properly accounted for acquisition costs resulting in an additional increase to Net Earnings of 2% to 3%. Ultimate impact was a substantial increase to EPS and the company’s run rate (exceeded quarterly guidance of approximately .10 cents per share).
• While managing a budget of over $1 Billion, achieved a $50 Billion rise in corporate valuation metrics
• While managing budget of $100 Million, increased productivity by 50%, net income by over 10% and revenues by over 20%
• Accomplished a swift turnaround resulting from restructuring an entity within a global manu¬facturing company, reversing annual losses of more than $1 Million to profits of more than $2 Million in a two-year period
• Increased profit margins by over 8%, improved cash flow by nearly 30%, and dramatically lifted stock from $1 per share to $8 per share
• Triumphed in complex and adversarial negotiations, leading to collection of $1 Million in interest and 100% debt financing repayment

SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
As Chief Financial Officer at VCG Holding Corp:
 Was hired to assist Executive Management in preventing a continued and persistent decline in the Company’s stock (at the time was trading on AMEX), whereby within one week we had turned stock price around and it has been climbing ever since my position began as well as we have reached new highs of $15 per share;
 Improved communications with Wall Street and investor relations by implementing a plan to put CEO and/or CFO on more road shows and in front of or on phone with investors more often;
 Substantially improved Company’s financial reporting, including the MD&A section of forms 10-K and 10-Q;
 After a comprehensive and painstaking assessment and review of past accounting, we detected improper accounting of past acquisitions, resulting in increasing both the top and bottom lines, thereby resulting in a significant increase to EPS, exceeding the Street’s expectations;
 Designed and implemented SOX 404.
