• Business Development. Developed investment proposal, business plans and associated financials and helped negotiate a $3.5 Million complex strategic investment, with planned follow on investments, with company having $100+ billion in revenues.

· Start-up to complete operations. Acted as CFO/COO for client. Implemented all MIS including selection of accounting/enterprise system, training all personnel and hands-on managing all financial functions, full start-up of operations within 30 days of first hire, under schedule and budget by 15%.
· Capital Raising. Created full business plans for funding of medical imaging company and diagnostic/therapeutic client, secured $5 million series A and $20 million licensing agreement.
1993 –2001 GENECTI VECTORS, INC.-Miami, Florida (Healthcare)
Helped build this publicly held biotechnology company by establishing strict financial controls and garnering agreements with values in excess of $200 million. The company projected to have $40 million in gross revenues and relocated to Wisconsin for economic incentives.
1997- 2001 Chief Financial Officer and CEO
Built and managed team of 15 inside members plus 12 outside contractors and budget of $13 million. Reported directly to the chairman. Hands-on managed strategic planning and implementation, accounting and financial functions, day-to day financial operations, GAAP and SEC compliance, budgeting, corporate finance, investor relations, business development.
· Capital Raising. Negotiated with lenders and managed financing including 20+ debt placements, equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions. Domestic and foreign transactions aggregating over $20 million.
· Sales Contracts. Negotiated, secured and maintained international supply agreements for in Norway and Mexico. Projected 2002 sales $5 million (85% gross margins).
· Operations. Selected and managed installation of automated accounting systems to handle over 100 products up to $100 million in sales. Completed and training of personnel within one month and negotiated discount with vendor saving over $15,000. Managed facility.

Authored corporate strategic plan. Established banking relationships and cash management controls and procedures. Drafted and filed all SEC and securities documents.
