Member of the organizations Sr. Leadership Team responsible for finance, accounting, business development, and non-clinical operations (materials and facilities management) for a multisite $60M non-profit organization with footprint in eleven counties in two States serving a total population of 2+ million.

Within my first four years as CFO I have contributed to drive the organization into new records in terms of patient census and days of care, the organization's growth has outpaced the market growth by a factor of 1.6 to 1. Directly managed finance and accounting operations for the U.S. distribution business ($350 million in revenues). Led the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance process shortly after company became public in 2006. Improved key processes and strengthened internal controls. Spearheaded Operational Excellence Initiative in order to turn around U.S. operations, including taking advantage of synergies from U.S. merger. Improved working capital management by reducing inventories (improved ITO from 5.7 to 10 turns), increasing collections (reduced DSOs from 76 to 53 days), and introduced cash forecasting process. Brought the company back into budgetary discipline. Served as an advisor to the Central Treasury department in Germany regarding international cash management, hedging and global payments. The Business Unit Vans generated $10 billion in revenues worldwide. North American revenues for 2005 exceeded $600 million. Directly responsible for the finance, treasury, controlling, procurement, human resources, IT and legal departments of the operation. Acting President/CEO for engineering services firm incorporated in 2003, for hosting of van assembly plant in the U.S. During that time participated in site selection, incentive negotiation, and feasibility study for plant project. Since mid 2005 involved in the start-up and construction of new manufacturing site. Secured funding for investment budget of over $50 million.
