Troubleshooter for foreign operations experiencing difficulty. Initiated and implemented a European holding company structure saving over $2.0 million in taxes on accrued dividends. Set up a European finance subsidiary to recapitalize operations in the UK. Supervised the opening and closing of various overseas offices.

For the first five years, I was CFO of multiple public and private equipment leasing investor partnerships and built partnership accounting and lease administration staffs from nothing to over 40 people.
