Japanese Bank --Team Leader co-managing $4B portfolio of U.S. leveraged loans for large-cap and middle market leveraged finance buyouts, recapitalizations, mergers, and acquisitions. Called on U.S. private equity sponsors and advised in management of U.S. private equity investment portfolio.

- Lead role in launching a new business unit founded in 1998 to generate management fee income through investment vehicles majority owned by third party investors, invested primarily in U.S. leveraged loans.
- Launched 6 funds from 1999 to 2007 with total issuance size of $2.3B. Lead role in negotiating with deal arrangers, transaction structuring, funds marketing, and investor relations. Responsible for portfolio investment selection and strategy, all asset trading, and overall management.
- Generated over $53MM of fee income via third-party loan asset management contracts, starting from zero base in 1999.
- Led Funds which distributed $150MM of cash dividends to equity investors over 12 years.

Co-managed $4B portfolio of U.S. high yield loans for New York Branch of $500B Japanese international bank comprising of over 75 issuers of leveraged finance buyouts, recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions.
