Bank with over 500 billion in assets Vice-President-Corporate and Investment Banking, September 2000 - to date - The main responsibility is to originate new business and to maintain the existing relationships - New business is generated by structuring and financing, non-typical, transactions where the borrowers usually are below-investment-grade rated companies. The structures minimize the risk of the financing and maximize the return for the Bank. - We have also made distressed asset financing in Mexico. - Responsible for advising clients in risk management. The products available to clients are futures, options and over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives, - cross-selling other financial productslike: cross-currency & interest rate derivatives, equity derivatives and leverage finance. - Also been working on 2 M&A advisory mandates - Income increased approximately 300% from September 2000 to date. The number of clients has been multiplied by four since September 2000.

Mainly, M&A advisory, debt & equity private placements, commodities & structured trade finance, project finance, and credit products - Relationship manager responsible to attend all clients in Mexico and Central America. The annualized income generated by the portfolio for the year 2000 was USD 6 MM, produced by approximately 18 clients under my responsibility, a 50% increase from the income generated in 1999. Income in 1999 increased by 100% from 1998.
