Executive Job Description	An opportunity for a newly created position in the Charlotte,NC area with a cutting edge company.The position reports directly to the CEO. KEY REQUIREMENTS: Exensive experience using in VB.Net and ASP.Net. Even though this is a senior level position, there will be times when "hands on" will be needed. A high degree of detail orientation. Strong documentation background. 5 years of programming management experience Managing in excess of 10 programmers Experience in establishing programming standards Experience in establishing SDLC Experience in establishing testing procedures Experience in establishing documentation standards System Architecture background Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Four year Degree. Stable work history. Must have excellent references. Candidates local to the Charlotte market are preferred. Target salary is in the $120's
