Executive Job Description	Senior level management position in the Technology Operations area to augment existing management in anticipation of growth driven by strategic initiatives at a major media company. The Technology Operations teams architect/manage infrastructure, hosting compartments, manage application infrastructure and provide support. Responsibilities Partner with VP of Technology and Technology Operations leadership to scale and transform organization capabilities to support existing and new projects Manage and monitor production service levels in all areas to meet or exceed expectations Manage individual contributors and mid-level managers in support of Technology Operations initiatives Define and execute tactical and strategic plans to support existing and new business initiatives Provide leadership and career development to Technology Operations team members and team leaders Desired Background Extensive experience (10-15 years) in web operations, both hands-on and management At least 5 years managing web infrastructure, integration, delivery and support teams for multimillion dollar businesses Proven leadership and problem solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills History and knowledge of web media technologies and businesses Thrives in fast-paced environment that presents new challenges daily Four year degree Salary is in the low to mid 120's
