Executive Job Description	Qualifications: demonstrate ability for total systems perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of hardware/operating system environment and software components Create, draft and/or review program documentation, generate formal review documentation, and participate in system and program reviews Participate in formal and informal reviews to establish quality standards and determine quality. Must show evidence of strong multi-tasking and inter-personal skills as well as the ability to engage/lead/task when requested Flexible to both take direction and provide advice as needed or prescribed; participate in testing, quality verification, peer reviews Background and skills to hold one's own in techical investigations and decisions in a COBOL, C++ and Java environment Responsibilities: This is a terrific opportunity if you enjoy new development; with the challenging twist to integrate the new application with existing baseline in a multi-phase rollout strategy.
