Job Description Perform software and database administration, training, and end-user support for well operations applications. Lead efforts to analyze business practices and find ways to reduce inefficient, redundant processes. Lead efforts to implement new solutions or utilize existing systems or tools that allow Operations departments to use technology more productively. Draft training documentation and project related material.
Qualifications Minimum of 2 – 4 years experience implementing and administering systems Minimum of 2 – 4 years experience working with SQL databases and related technologies (SSIS, SRS, querying, etc.) Minimum of 2 – 4 years application support experience working with customers to troubleshoot problems Minimum of 1 – 2 years industry experience supporting well operations applications Experience leading business driven projects Experience leading business process assessment sessions Experience communicating business requirements to vendors and / or internal IT teams Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in related technical discipline

Experience with: Aries, FlowCal, Cygnet, I.H.S Product Suite, TOTCO, GIS, Excalibur, or the Peloton suite of applications Familiarity with Production Operations or Production Accounting processes Prior experience with a IT Support ticketing system Prior experience with a change management system |
