Executive Job Description	Software Developer – Financial/Analytics, Portfolio Development International Financial Firm is hiring a Senior Software Developer with a strong knowledge of C# and object-oriented design and development. Qualified candidate must have experience developing multithreaded, distributed, n-tier applications using Microsoft .NET and Visual Studio 2005/2008. One also needs a strong knowledge of derivatives modeling and pricing concepts and have a minimum of three (3) years industry experience as a Software Developer, in a financial or analytics environment with derivatives domain knowledge. Responsibilities: · Develop financial and analytics functionality in software applications in accordance with customer and internal requirements · Write business and technical specifications · Perform software design, coding and unit testing · Work independently with supervision · Communicate with other team members as required · Provide 3rd tier customer support as required Skills needed: · Solid mathematical background (Probability, Statistics, Random Processes) · Knowledge of all phases of the software development life cycle · Excellent communication skills · Interest in the financial markets and related technology · Knowledge of derivatives modeling and pricing concepts Education Requirements: · University degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Mathematical Finance or equivalent.
