Executive Job Description | DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) Acting as a Subject Matter Expert in the design and development of web server and client functionality to support the real time visualization and analysis of system engine data; (2) Performing sophisticated object oriented design and translating mathematical specifications and R&D prototypes into solid industrial-strength components for global organization’s most coveted and acclaimed systems; (3) Designing and building the global organizations next generation of web application framework; (4) Mentoring and coaching less experienced staff and aiding in knowledge transfer.
REQUIRED:
MUST have an undergraduate or advanced degree (highly preferred) in mathematics, physics, quantitative analysis, engineering, etc.).
MUST have STRONG/CURRENT object oriented design and development (Java) experience especially with the modularization of code.
MUST have STRONG/CURRENT experience in visual expression and communication (i.e. architectural diagrams, GUI design, web pages, documents and/or presentations).
MUST be able to provide constructive guidance on how these can be generalized, optimized, programmed, and implemented within the architecture.
MUST have CURRENT/RECENT experience in applying some of the following: linear algebra, ordinary and partial differential equations, graph theory, statistics, game theory, Fourier and other transform techniques.
MUST have STRONG/CURRENT experience with real-time processing, sockets and messaging software, (i.e. Tibco, SonicMQ, etc.).
MUST have STRONG/CURRENT programming in a tiered architecture (i.e. for web services).
MUST have STRONG/CURRENT experience with Spring or a similar dependency injection framework.
MUST have HTML 4, XHTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, Junit, AJAX, jQuery, JSON, UI wireframing, cross browser web development in a UNIX or Linux environment.
MUST have J2EE or Java EE with JSP/Servlet development.
