Executive Job Description	The Senior Storage Engineer will work closely with infrastructure team to optimize system performance and availability. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the following: Responsibilities * Drive IT productivity and improved efficiency by leveraging storage capabilities * Design and implement storage technologies to support IT initiatives * Focus on efficient utilization of storage resources to reduce our total cost of ownership * Engineer and implement advanced storage functionality provided by virtualization * Drive continuous improvement within the storage infrastructure including new capabilities * Provide 24 x 7 operational and technical support for the entire storage environment * Create, propose and implement multi-year strategies to drive maximum value from storage investments BEST INDUSTRY – CPG, Retail BEST DEPARTMENT – Information Technology Qualifications Bachelors Degree with an emphasis in an IT related field is required. 5 - 7 years of “most recent” experience in the capacity of a Storage Engineer role within a large enterprise environment with both mainframe and open systems is mandatory in this role. Direct responsibility for proposing new technology to influence strategic decisions Performing in a lead role for a technical team to drive optimal solutions Working closely with management to drive budget and project planning Strong communications skills (i.e. verbal, written and interpersonal) are essential in this position. Candidates must be either current US Citizens or Green Card holders.
