Executive Job Description | My client is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for an IT Solutions Architect (SA) to be located in Plano, TX or can work remotely from home at times.
The SA primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the Physician Services Division in the pursuit of new business contracts. Their charter will be to align client requirements and position the company to win new business engagements by leading all technology and business solutions development. This senior-level leader is expected to provide the vision and strategy to develop scaleable, repeatable processes and solutions in complex business environments, enhancing the company's competitiveness and to smoothly integrate existing service offerings into new deals.
We are seeking a high impact person with 10 or more years of experience and a proven record of putting together structured and long-term healthcare business and technology outsourcing deals in the $25M up to $200M range, coupled with broad knowledge that spans a wide range of Physician business and technology capabilities and their respective cost structures. This includes how these capabilities must be assembled into an operational delivery model that is both financially and technically sound.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills area must with an emphasis on sound presentation abilities. This person must have solid executive presence as this role will require frequent contact with executives, internal and on client sites. This includes the ability to immediately establish and manage critical customer relationships at the Executive level, including technical buyers and key project stakeholders. As appropriate, this individual must also be capable of interacting with the client's Board of Directors as well.
Sound financial and business acumen in an IT business or healthcare environment are essential, as the role will require the ability to manage, interpret and execute balance sheets and to respond appropriately to new business cycles across the scope of service offerings.
