Executive Job Description	DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) Playing a vital role in the FSLC (Full Systems Life Cycle) design and development of state of the art Enterprise based commercial software for this successful, stable, and growing software entity; (2) Mentoring and coaching less experienced staff where applicable; (3) Assisting in the enhancement of process, procedure, and policy so as to promote an evolvement of the current environment towards excellence on an ongoing basis. REQUIRED: MUST have an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline from and above average school with excellent academic achievement. Advanced degrees are highly desirable. 4 years of STRONG/CURRENT hands on experience in the FSLC design and development of complex ENTERPRISE software where is comfortable with complex data structures and algorithms. Career progression MUST indicate SUPERIOR ACHIEVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE. Development must be as an expert MICROSOFT (VB.net, ASP.net, C#) or JAVA developer but with a willingness to learn and do MICROSOFT development. MUST have SUPERB communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. MUST have a track record of academic and career achievement and radiate a passion for software development.
