Executive Job Description | DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) Performing requirements gathering, analysis, development, and implementation of PeopleSoft HCM upgrades and enhancements to PeopleSoft HCM applications; (2) Performing technical support of PeopleSoft applications to include troubleshooting through resolution of PeopleSoft system related production errors; (3) Developing and maintaining custom bolt-on applications using PeopleTools; (4) Implementation of PeopleSoft updates and fixes, and providing application and PeopleTools upgrades; (5) Performing full systems life cycle software development; (6) Participating in development of system test plans and acceptance criteria; (6) Communicating development project status to stakeholders and management.
REQUIRED:
MUST have 5 years of CURRENT/STRONG PeopleSoft HCM requirements gathering, implementation, development, technical support.
MUST have CURRENT/STRONG PeopleSoft Enterprise 9.x and specific skill with Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, PeopleSoft Integration Broker, SQR, Change Assistant, DataMover, Component Interface, and Process Scheduler.
MUST have reporting experience with PS/nVision, XML Publisher, PS Query.
MUST have CURRENT/STRONG monitoring and problem resolution of production PeopleSoft integrations and excellent troubleshooting through resolution of PeopleSoft technical issues.
MUST have MS SQL Server 2005 and/or Oracle 10g.
MUST have EXCELLENT communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Pluses: Global implementation experience. Service oriented architecture.
