Executive Job Description	This person will ensure that the Enterprise Program’s applications, systems and reports have the appropriate data they need to meet their business requirement, that the program's data repository supplies this data in a timely manner and that we are effectively leveraging the Remediation suite to meet these needs. To foster success in this role, the Project Manager will require a balanced mixture of project management skills, background in data driven requirements and business acumen. Skills Desired • Exposure to Business Objects and/or related reporting tools • Work experience related to some combination of reference data, master data management, and data warehousing • An understanding of basic accounting principles Skills Required • Deep expertise conducting business analysis and requirements gathering • Excellent interpersonal relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills • Strong Project Management/Project Coordination skills with experience on large global or multi-divisional projects • Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment • Strong organizational skills • Desire to challenge the status quo and propose new solutions • A willingness to take on seemingly intractable problems • Strong technical skills with Excel and PowerPoint
